Project Management

Dalar offers their clients with knowledgeable and experienced project managing staff who will take the project from beginning to end. Our Project Managers will ensure the project flows efficiently within the schedule and budget to suit the client's needs. Our staff is available throughout the project for meetings and dialogue with owners and consultants to facilitate decision-making and keep a steady workflow. We pride ourselves in having excellent relationships with our clients both on and off the job site and Dalar's Project Managers exude these skills in exceeding our client's expectations.

Every detail of construction is managed from start to finish.

These are five basic steps we use in successful project management:

1. Once the architect and owner of the property have prepared the concept designs and outline of the overall project specifications, Dalar will prepare the corresponding preliminary budget and preliminary construction schedule.
2. Concept designs, budgets and construction schedules are finalized by the project team. Site plan approval will be submitted.
3. The architect and engineers will proceed to create detailed working drawings, which is a critical phase of the project. Because of this, as your project manager, Dalar participates in the creation of detailed working drawings. This ensures all of your objectives are maintained.

Construction Management

Dalar also offers a Construction Management option to their clients. This option affords the client to be the “constructor” while relying on our services to manage their trades and keep the project on schedule and flowing smoothly.
